Undefined index

  • I am having a problem with our forms that we are using at https://www.svartaladan.se

    When I open the “Kontakta Oss” tab, we have a switcher showing 2 different forms, that should go to different receivers through email.

    The problem is, only the one under “F?retag” works, not the “Privat” one.

    And when I log in and click “All Forms”, I get this;

    And I have no clue what to do
