Undefined index error

    Hello, I’m using the latest version of WordPress (4.1.1) and latest Woocommerce (2.3.7).

    I installed your plugin and activated it but now I get the errormessage in the backend and frontendcheckout:

    Notice: Undefined index: min_amount in …. /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-cod-advanced/woocommerce_advanced_cod.php on line 263

    Notice: Undefined index: country in …. /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-cod-advanced/woocommerce_advanced_cod.php on line 266

    etcetera.

    What to do?
