    Hi Guys,

we see a lot of error messages in our php log.

    PHP-Error-Log:
    [15-Mar-2019 09:19:40 UTC] All-in-One Event Calendar: Undefined index: TZID @ …/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/lib/iCal/iCalcreator-2.24.2/src/iCalXML.php:281 #8

    Following request triggers the error:

    [29/Mar/2019:13:52:01 +0100] “GET /?plugin=all-in-one-event-calendar&controller=ai1ec_exporter_controller&action=export_events&xml=true HTTP/1.1” 200 15017

This request will be done when “exporting a calendar to xml” by clicking “subscribe” => “Export to XML”

    Any suggestions or fixes?

    Thank you in advance!

I am also getting this error. It would have been nice if this was resolved in public forums so we can all benefit from the resolution.

    What was the fix?

I was hoping that since a ticket was created by another user that a future update would have fixed the issue. 2 updates later and still get the same errors in my php log

    ya same here, second @compking

I am also getting this error – it would be very helpful to post the fix for this problem so we wouldn’t all have to create a trouble ticket

I’ve been trying to get this issue fixed for a year now. I put in a ticket, and I wait more than a week. I do what is suggested. It does not work. Rinse and repeat.

I deleted my error log file this morning to see if another would be created. I’ve had 4,640 errors in the last 5 hours. all All-in-One Event Calendar: Undefined index: TZID and then the path name.

I’m ready to look for another calendar.

@michiganxx, @nburgis was the resolution at all helpful they suggested? Or are they just not admitting the problem? What did they suggest you do?

    @compking,

They suggested I raise my memory allocation to 500 in wp_config (they told me this more than once, even after I had done it). I raised it to 750. They suggested I change php versions back to 5.6, which I’m not willing to do because other things may break and 5.6 is no longer supported. I tried different 7.xx versions and no difference. The told me to call my host. When I did, the host said I need more specific instructions from Time.y, which I’ve been trying to get for 3 weeks with no luck.

They are not not admitting the problem, as much as I hate double negatives. They are not taking any responsibility for it as far as I can tell.

I also have their paid cvs plugin, which won’t stay activated. They have changed what they offer on their website, so this plugin is not offered in the same way. Whether that makes any difference, I don’t know. I can tell you we are not going to renew the paid part, which comes due in September. The calendar itself seems to work just fine without it.

In the meantime, I’m looking for a different calendar solution.
