Undefined index:cat_rss_all_cat in … /category-specific-rss-wp.php on line 253

  • The topic title for this support request is the first 80 characters of the error displayed at the top of the Catergory Specific RSS Menu v 2.1 page (which is at Dashboard>Settings>Category Specific RSS). The entire error reads thus:

    Errors on the right sidebar of the URL page (all pages for the site) read like this:

    Three of these errors appear in the sidebar for line numbers 164, 183, and 192.
    There is also an “Undefined variable: output in … line 108”
    WP ver. 5.5.1, plugin v2.1

    The /wp-content/debug.log file contains hundreds or thousands of these errors:
