  • Hello,

Go to Appearance > Menus – create a new menu and assign it to the mobile menu location. It will fix the issue.

Your advice on the topic of the menu being in different locations fixed this issue as well.
    Thanks.

    You’re welcome!

I have the same problem. Can you tell me fully on how can I fix the problem? I have tried the oceanWp solution

hello @prottoyrudrawpaccount I don’t pretend to be an expert on this but I was having another issue with my menu being on different locations on mobile devices, along with having the problem of the word “undefined”
@apprimit helped me with that issue and it fixed the “undefined” issue as well. This is the advice he gave me to fix the menu location issue. Maybe it will work for you as well.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > General section and select Transparent Header instead of Medium header style. It will fix the issue.

    Good luck

@prottoyrudrawpaccount to fix the ‘undefined’ issue on the mobile menu, try to follow the below steps –

    1. Create a new menu under Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
    2. Assign this new menu to the ‘Mobile menu’ location

Now reload the site, it will fix the issue.

@apprimit, I am using OceanWP theme to design my website header(also using it for mobile version). So the process that you said…Will it break the header that I have created before using OceanWP? Heres a link to my website, also check the mobile version https://paperinmusic.com

No, nothing will break. It will just fix the ‘undefined’ issue by creating a sperate mobile menu.
