    Hello all,

I am not sure if anyone will be able to offer any advice, but we use RepairShopr to keep inventory of all of our products. Well, we have attempted to utilise the built in WooCommerce Application with our WordPress website. But on around the 113th product, we get an error when trying to sync the rest of the products, here is one of the example errors:

Error at 03 September, 2021 14:46: WooCommerce error in sync job: sync undefined method `account’ for #<WooProductCreator:0x000055df7d836320>

This continuously happens and I have no clue how to resolve it. Has anyone ran into this problem before? If anyone needs more information don’t hesitate to ask!

Thank you all for taking your time to read my post ??

    Hi @techoutpost,

Upon checking your description of the issue it sounds like there is a failure with synchronization between RepairShopr and WooCommerce.

That integration, according to the documentation provided by RepairShopr, does not work with shared hosting services, particularly GoDaddy. You may want to reach out to your host and check if there is any flow interruption at the server.

However, I believe you should get in touch directly with the RepairShopr support team that is in the best position to assist you with this issue. Here is the link to their Help Center:

If there is anything else we can do just let us know.

    Hi there,

We’ve not heard back from you in a while so I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to this issue.

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Thanks.

I just want to chime in i’m also using repairshopr and also get this error occasionally when syncing products from RS to WC. I did open a ticket already with RS, and they said they have a bug report in. We only have about 10 products to sync and it does this. I host my woocommerce site on my own server. I allocate this site unlimited server resources in my cloudlinux manager. my server is
    Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v5 @ 3.60GHz
    32gb ram

what other info can i provide to help with this?

So we did end up speaking to GoDaddy, and they did put a request in with WooCommerce. Who did say they’d look into it because the issue persists on multiple customers accounts. However, so far, we have yet to hear from them and they still haven’t resolved the issue. This topic is far from resolved. Not sure if anyone at WordPress can help with this issue. If not, please feel free to mark it as resolved and we will endevour to pester WooCommerce regarding it. Other than that, does anyone have any other ideas? I would greatly appreciate it.

we’ve had to abandon the repairshopr woocommerce integration. We are experimenting with using a service like zapier, ifttt, pabbly connect using repairshoprs provided webhooks to woocommerce. so far we have items syncing from RS to WC. We do not have invoices synced. But we rarely sell online, its just we did want our online website to show the products in stock in our retail store, and its working well for that so far.

    Hi @techoutpost and @radial,

As confirmed by @radial RepairShopr team have already opened a bug report and it seems they’re working on it.

The problem here is not directly related to WooCommerce core but to a third-party integration that is not built by us, the RepairShopr authors, therefore, have the task of making their product fully compatible with WooCommerce since other similar products are working fine.

Both of you can now refer directly to RepairShopr which will hopefully provide a fix to this as soon as possible.
