    Hi,

Great plugin, but it stopped working recently and giving the following error on the scroll event page:

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in …/wp-google-analytics-events/includes/admin.php on line 234

Notice: Undefined variable: i in …/wp-google-analytics-events/includes/admin.php on line 242

And the click settings page shows the same type of error:

Notice: Undefined offset: 5 in …/wp-google-analytics-events/includes/admin.php on line 312

Any idea’s what could cause these errors?

    Hi @dinho78,

These look like notifications that appear when running WordPress in debug mode.
We are going to make them disappear in the next update, but I don’t think its the reason the plugin stopped working for you.

Can you please send me a link to the page where the plugin is active? I can take a closer look and see where the problem is.

    Hi yuvalo,

Thanks for your quick response. I can create an admin login for you, so you can take a closer look at the issue.

Where can I send the login details to?

Thanks! I’ve just used the contact form to send the login details.:)

Thanks but I think that the user doesn’t have enough permissions to view the plugin’s options page.

In any case, just from opening the website itself, it doesn’t look like you have the Google Analytics code anywhere.
If you are using a third party plugin to add it, make sure it is running, and if not, uncheck the don’t include the GA code snippet option. I can’t see your settings yet, but I’m pretty sure that’s where the problem is.

    Hi Yuvalo,

I’ve updated the permissions. So you should be able to take a look.

Unchecking the button didn’t help with the error.

    Hi Yuvalo,

Have you had the opportunity to look at this? It still doesn’t work. Checking or unchecking the button doesn’t make a difference.

    Hi,

I just checked again, clicking on a tel number and I can see an event going out to Google Analytics.
Can you please take a look at the real-time dashboard as you click a tel number?

    Thanks,

    Yuval

    Hey Yuval,

Thanks for the replies. Tried it on another site and it seems saving and re-saving the settings helped with getting the events working. Will inspect this a bit further.
