    Getting the same sort of error mentioned at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/undefined-property-wp_errortaxonomy/page/3/

    Using Yoast SEO version 15.8 in WordPress 5.5.6 (I know, the version of WP needs updating but at the moment the the “Salient” theme will break if we do that.)

    Notice: Undefined property: WP_Error::$taxonomy in
    /plugins/wordpress-seo/src/presentations/indexable-term-archive-presentation.php on line 210

    This happens when I visit an archive page of my taxonomy.

    In the other thread, the answer seems to have to do with the name of the taxonomy, which was theme, according to @pixelanddot. In my case the taxonomy’s slug is archive_type. Is it possible that this, too, is a reserved slug or something, and that trips up Yoast?
