Undefined variable Notice?

Hi, I encounter the following alert when tried to activate this plugin

Notice: Undefined variable: where in /home/.../public_html/.../wp-content/plugins/bp-user-profile-map/upm.php on line 343

Any idea about it? please, do you know a way to fix it?
