Undefinied Index Error

    Dear Support,
    we installed the Plugin on a new Website with the following error after using the shortcode:

    
Notice: Undefined index: confirm in /var/www/vhosts/**/**/wp-content/plugins/multi-step-form/includes/lib/msf-blocks/email/msf-block-email.class.php on line 57

    Any ideas?

    thank you for using the MSF. We tested the form on your develop site. And it is already working without any error.

    It seems that you fixed your problem. If not. Please provide more information.
