    We would like to clean our list, but going through the returned emails from the sending email is tidious.

    Is there a free tool or something to validate emails? I look at reports and I think the ones not opened go to spam or are invalid. It took 1 hour to double check 3 emails returned.

    What about spam also ? how can we do a better job of not going to spam? I have the spf, dmark and other records entered. but maybe more we can do ?

    Q1) Our response to the above questions is as follows:

    1) The Icegram Express PRO plan includes an email list cleanup service that can help reduce bounced emails.

    2) You can send bulk confirmation emails in the Max plan. If your subscribers confirm the subscription, their status will be changed to confirmed, and you can remove the unconfirmed subscribers.?

    3) Block Domain (Icegram > Setting) > Security): Seeing spam signups from particular domains? If yes then, Enter domain names (one per line) that you want to block (screenshot shared). Eg: Add mail.ru and other spammy domains to the box. Subscriptions to mailing lists will be blocked by this action.

    Q2) As per your concern about email lending into the spam, we would like to tell you it depends on various factors like Domain, Email server reputation, and Content, etc.

    1. We recommend you to check?this?document which will help you understand ‘why Emails are landing in the spam folder.

    2) Additionally, you can check your Spam score on your site.

    If the above document is checked and confirmed then to address the above issue, we recommend checking the spam score of your campaign content by clicking here.

    This will redirect you to the spam checker’s website, where you can copy the email address from the box, paste it into your test box in the plugin, and send the test email.

    The spam score will then be displayed on the website (scroll down you will find).

    Please share that report with us on our private support channel (here). That would help us in further debugging the issue.

    Thanks for your quick reply.
    The company I work on this for non-profit but not official non-profit helping a large group of people who’s rights have been taken from them. We requested a complimentary package but it never happened.
    for years their members have been murdered, their lands stolen, it is a really long story. (spanishlandgrantheirs.com)
    the pro looks like what they need but the members won’t give money for this so I will have to inform them another depressing update
