Q1) Our response to the above questions is as follows:
1) The Icegram Express PRO plan includes an email list cleanup service that can help reduce bounced emails.
2) You can send bulk confirmation emails in the Max plan. If your subscribers confirm the subscription, their status will be changed to confirmed, and you can remove the unconfirmed subscribers.?
3) Block Domain (Icegram > Setting) > Security): Seeing spam signups from particular domains? If yes then, Enter domain names (one per line) that you want to block (screenshot shared). Eg: Add mail.ru and other spammy domains to the box. Subscriptions to mailing lists will be blocked by this action.
Q2) As per your concern about email lending into the spam, we would like to tell you it depends on various factors like Domain, Email server reputation, and Content, etc.

2) Additionally, you can check your Spam score on your site.
If the above document is checked and confirmed then to address the above issue, we recommend checking the spam score of your campaign content by clicking here.
This will redirect you to the spam checker’s website, where you can copy the email address from the box, paste it into your test box in the plugin, and send the test email.
The spam score will then be displayed on the website (scroll down you will find).
