• We are quickly learning that the reports are inaccurate and undependable and that support will promise you help but then vanish and never respond. Don’t use woocommerce it is poorly designed and will not help you grow your business. WooCommerce also claims their own definition of standard accounting vocabulary… rewriting the definition of what revenues are and in turn providing inaccurate reporting as they refuse to standard and some of the most basic of accounting practices.

    More problems with woocommerce for subscriptions the program will change annual renewal dates with no rhyme or reason.

    System status reports don’t work so woocommerce refuses to even help me with their garbage software.

    Your live chat support agent is neglecting his job of correcting a reported bug in the software or at the very least acknowledging it and saying it will be corrected with a future update.

    Over an hour to get a support ticket number regarding a bug in woocommerce as the chat agent insulted me. Totally unacceptable for any business.
