That sounds like your site might have been hacked. The best thing to do is remain calm and read this: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/faq-my-site-was-hacked/

I have iThemes Security on the site but it doesn’t stop whoever to still post something.

I have changed all access points, passwords etc.

My laptop is very new, just a few days old.

My website is scanned daily by website security (GoDaddy)

With all these, I can’t stop this [person]

Update:

I found out that someone added an unknown file to my home directly. After I removed it, they haven’t been able to post ever since.
