Under construction plugin

I’m looking for a free plugin that can display an ‘under construction’ (or ‘coming soon’) page *on only the pages I specify.* All plugins I’ve seen only allow you to set this page for the entire site. I’d also like the plugin to allow me to upload my own image, if possible.
