• I purchased the Suika marketplace some months ago (150 matic) and it was a disappointment to say the least! I deployed to mainnet polygon.

    The support was great before I purchased, questions were answered etc. After purchase this was terrible, nothing was answered.

    When using the plugin in a marketplace I found that it was an under developed with many features missing and full of bugs. Every problem reported to the developers was to be fixed in the next release/update, of course with another 150 matic fee!

    I stopped using the plugin on my website soon after buying it and just put the losses down to experience.

    At one time during our email exchanges, the developer offered to refund the 150 matic i’d paid and asked for the wallet address (“What was your purchase with us? I will refund your money right away to stop you from feeling the way you feel”). When I agreed and sent my wallet, they then quoted terms and conditions, i.e. no refunds! They said “Unfortunately at this moment we are under heavy audit and monitoring, so we are not able to offer refunds, because this is against our policies, as stated before: Quote from our TOS: All payments are non-refundable”. Seems like I was just tagged along.

    The support in the forum is gone, now it’s just a message that “we’re a commercial product blah blah“. No one can get any help apart from email, and that is unanswered.

    Don’t buy and save yourself the money. It’s not worth it. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

    The developers can check their emails for what I mean. They know it’s all true.

    As clearly stated in our terms of service all payments are not refundable:

    “Payments are non-refundable, so the user agrees that they understand the scope of the terms of service before making a payment.”

    If any of our devs offered a refund it was clearly a mistake.

    And yes new contracts requires new deployments.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
