I don’t know what to call it other than, someone lit a fire under these guys and the experience I just had was way different than what the last few people had. I had an issue with the BadgeOS not saving no matter what I did. After sending screen shots (on their request) a video of me walking through the problem (at their request) and I gave them access to the back end of my site and they not only ID’d the problem they totally fixed it for me! Freaking awesome! I’m in a doctoral program and working two jobs and I have NO time for dealing with this technical stuff. THEY DID ALL THE WORK!
I’m really sorry for the folks that tried to get help that didn’t. That’s incredibly frustrating, but my difference (as of yesterday) was simply outstanding.
