Underline a link with mouse hover

Hello guys,

Actually I want a little effect in my wordpress website. I don’t know but you might have seen at least one or two wordpress blog where whenever we place our mouse over a link text, the text automatically gets underlined even though it was not underlined before.

Does anyone know how to do this or any plugin for this effect?
