Underscores

  • Hi,

    We are now testing this plugin for our website. However, there is one small issue we hope you can help us with.

    There are 9×4 underscores visible when a visitor clicks on the IBAN field:
    _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ etc.

    The visitor may think he has to enter 36 characters. I don’t know for sure if it’s different in every country, but our IBAN only has 18 characters.
    Is it possible to bring the underscores back to 18?

    Hi Davey,

    Sorry for the late response. The number of digits depend on the country, for The Netherlands it is 18 for some other countries it is more.

    We understand that the user may think they has to fill out every underscore. We put this on our roadmap to change.
