    Trying to understand the consents we should setup. I see Google Analytics as a suggestion. Is to not run the script and not log the visit in the GA stats? We use GA plugin, would that need to be disabled if this is how the consent is used.

    Also, it seems without a Consent setup, the banner does not display. Would there be a way to have the banner without My Settings or consents?

  • Yes, you will need to disable the GA plugin and manually add the GA code to a ‘Consent’. This will bring up the banner where visitors are able to either decline or accept the added GA code.

    You will need an active consent in order to show the banner. Otherwise the banner won’t be functional at all.
