Understanding my .htaccess

Hi,

I migrated my website to another hosing provider and the root directory had changed. Before the root was https://www.website.com/wordpress now my root is https://www.website.com.

I’m looking over my .htaccess file and it looks really long. Can anyone explain to me what it all means?
