    Hi, whenever i go to the UpdaftPlus page on my website, where i can se my backups i get a popup saying “Unexpected response:” then nothing thats all it says. I only get this message if I have any previous backups, I tried deleting all backups and the message did not appear. Any idea why? I tried changing the php max_execution_time but did not help.
    Google chrome console says this:

    UpdraftPlus: Exception when trying to parse JSON (1) – will attempt to fix/re-parse
    updraft-admin-common.min.js:2
    updraft-admin-common.min.js:1 UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON
    updraft-admin-common.min.js:1

    Hi,

    There could be conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using. Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins? Do you still get the same issue?

    Yes, it didnt make a difference unfortunately. It did work without issues on siteground shared hostning, but migrated the website to vultr with runcloud. Is there any other settings than max_execution_time I could change?

    Hi,

    In other cases, the cause of this error is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest?

    Super weird. Talked to the support and found the issue I guess. If a changed the user-level language to US english from website standard Swedish the error disappeared. No idea why, as I said, didnt have the problem on siteground.
