Undo page reroute

Something is preventing me from Accessing the Appearance panel and Plugins panel in my version of WordPress. I’m only guessing it’s caused by something I did with iThemes Security since it’s the only difference between my live site and my test site. Is there a way to undo the page redirects that iThemes Security set up? Right now I can’t even update the plugins so I know I’m at least one version behind on iThemes Security.
