Undsgn / Uncode Theme problem with Custom product tabs

I am trying to customize a WooCommerce theme, for which I need Custom Product Tabs feature.
Undsgn / Uncode theme has a feature called “Uncode Do Action” and when it is turned on, it allows external plugins to work automatically.
However if I use it accordingly the tabs will not being displayed. I contacted the developers, but got no answer yet, and while trying to figure out for the custom tab the only option is this forum.
Am wondering if anyone can help me out with this.
