I get this failure alert on my cart-page!
    Unexpected error in: woocommerce/cart-order-summary-block
    Fehler: (0 , u.merge) is not a function

I tried to fix it with transient manager but it doesn′t work.

    Maybe there is a workaround?

  • Hey there, @kaschwei! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I checked your website and did not see any errors on the cart page. I was also able to proceed to checkout.

Is the issue still happening? If so, have you tried another browser?

If it happens on a different browser, can you share a screenshot of the error with us? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

It looks like a transient problem, logged out and in an other browser I get also no problems on all pages.
So i look to the cache or the transient data of my logged in account now. Maybe there is something wrong or saved and cannot be deleted.

    Hi @kaschwei,

If you can replicate the issue, can you share screenshots of what you see? And specific steps we can take to replicate this on your site, or maybe even on our own test sites, too, please?

    Thanks!

    Hello kaschwei

    Thank you for your reply.

I have reviewed the SSR you shared and everything appears up to date.

Let’s test for JS errors to check if the server is blocking any JS resources that might result in a broken page. Go to the broken Cart page page as shown here:

Then check for the JS errors using your browser’s dev tools.
Here are the step by step instructions to do that.

Let me know about your findings.
I will assist you further once I have this information. ??

    Best regards.

    O.k. have a look on:

    There are the errors!

If I log in as customer after customer registration it works properly without error.
So the problem exists if I log in as administrator in my wordpress instance.

    Hi @kaschwei

    Thanks for sharing additional information.

I’ve checked the screenshots you sent, and the Germanized for WooCommerce plugin appears to be causing the error you’re experiencing. Would you mind deactivating it and checking to see if the error still pops up?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thread Starter kaschwei

    (@kaschwei)

I deactivate germanized and it′s the same error.
I recognized that when I order something I get no input adress field and then I thought about the theme.
I deactivate the theme and activate an other. And the error disappears, and adress fiel is available.
So in this case I think the theme is not compatible with the newest woocommerce version.
How I can overwrite the woocommerce templates from the theme?

    Thread Starter kaschwei

    (@kaschwei)

It was also a problem with elementor, maybe the theme doesn′t support some woocommerce parameters of elementor. I know have fixed it with shortcodes for the checkout and the cart page.
