    Hi

I have problems since I have installed the plugin.
I have never had these problems before, on the others wp stores I had set up with this plugin…

On the cart and checkout pages, I have the following messages (with an ice-cream) :

    Oops!
    Unexpected error in: flexible-shipping/free-shipping-notice-block-integration
    Erreur : o[‘flexible-shipping-free-shipping-notice-block-integration’] is undefined

I don’t know what to do ! I made a lot of tests and deactivations…

I have all up to date (new website in construction) :

    • woodmart theme
    • wp backery
    • a free pick up at shop + a flexible rule (a price from 0 to 59.99€, an other price from 60€)

I tried to add a free cost from 4999,99€ … but no change

How to do to remove the problem ?

    Thanks in advance
    Regards

  • Having the same problem but with Kadence theme. Tho the error only pops when I’m logged as “admin”. Plugin version 4.24.7

Indeed, it seems that this problem only occurs in admin mode: by doing the same simulations online, these error blocks do not appear in my case too

    Hi,

Have you checked if the problem occurs on another theme?

Do you have any plugins to optimize JavaScript scripts?

It shouldn’t be marked as resolved if it’s not resolved, closed or discarded if you want. It was already stated that we were having this issue with 2 different themes OPs: woodmart theme, mine: Kadence; they are prettu unrelated as mine relies on Kadence blocks and Guttenberg. Since i’m using it in production I can’t test different themes as I don’t want to mess with my WP installation.

    Hi,
I get the same error with the Storefront theme.

Would you mind writing to us directly through the form: https://octolize.com/support/? You can choose Pre-sale question in the form.

This forum doesn’t allow us to get more details about the configuration of your stores, and we will need them to reproduce the reported error.

I will leave this thread open until the issue is resolved.

As I mentioned before, this forum doesn’t allow us to get more details about the configuration of your stores, and we will need them to reproduce the reported error.

We suspect that the issue involves a 3rd party plugin that affects the operation of our solution. We want to determine the source of the issue and address it.

Hello, I would like to reiterate the above request.

A similar issue is not repeated in the stores of other users that we analyzed and in our test environment. This makes it difficult for us to solve this with an appropriate fix.

Any details, such as a list of plugins in use, would be helpful.

    Best regards,
    Tomek
