Unexpected error in: woocommerce/proceed-to-checkout-block

Hello, today i noticed that my checkout button is missing in the cart page and i am unable to check out at all. When i log in it shows me error Oops! Unexpected error in: woocommerce/proceed-to-checkout-block Error: i() is not a function
When i log out and add items to the cart the checkout button is missing all together and im not getting any errors but cant check out either.
