Unexpected Network Error

Hello, I’ve tested this out on your site and managed to book successfully. Did this start working for you, or is there a specific combination of settings/user etc. causing this?

I notice you have the Pro plugin enabled, we can only support Events Manager here if the issue is related to Pro. You can rule out other plugins/themes by using this add-on we wrote – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-safe-mode/

However Did you try the EXHIBIT AT THIS EVENT Button Form? As this is the one that keeps getting the error…

No, but I tried that one too just now, it takes me through to PayPal.

There have been some random issues related to network errors (basically that means there’s likely a PHP or JS error blocking the script from executing). However, these are mostly (if not completely) addressed now in the latest updates.

Unless you’re getting actual network issues somewhere down the line (your server, email server, etc.), which can be intermittent, then there must be a pattern (user type, browser maybe) that triggers the error reliably. We’d need to be able to reproduce the error to fix it.

Sorry to necro – did you ever figure out what the issue was, Devan? I’m getting the network error the majority of the time, but sometimes I can book. Super frustrating.
