Unexpected number of stars

    I’ve a very confusing issue… somehow, the plugin shows 6 stars instead of 5… it’s so wierd…

    Is there any kind of solutions for repair it?

    Hi,

    It feels like after you installed the plugin, someone (who has access to FTP of your site) changed the plugin code and as a result some data was lost (for example, names and time of reviews), some styles broke and 6 stars are displayed instead of 5 stars.

    First of all, I think you need to deactivate and delete the local copy of the broken plugin (of course if you don’t know about such code’s changes), then install the latest version of the plugin 1.6.9.

    Or you can contact to our support team by email [email protected] to further investigate the issue. In this case, first of all, please send debug information from the setting page of the plugin.
