unexpected output, can not login, code theme′s function php file

    Hello,
    We have got an urgent problem since this morning. We can not login. We use our correct username and password. After writing this it doesn′t continue to the site in which we can work. Really scary and strange. HELP….
    We get the notification: unexpected output. Can somebody please help us with this. We have no idea how to login now. We have tried to quickconnect with filezilla but that doesn′t work either. We have edit some extra code to the theme′s function php file yesterday. That is probably the reason that it blocks now. We want to replace this php file with the original php file. But we can not change this in filezilla because we can′t connect to our server. How can we reach this php file now?

    Normally wordpress error’s doesn’t affect your ftp access.

    Have you tried contacting the hosting provider?

    The fact you cant access the website using ftp is likely a problem at there end.

    Does the error message give’s any other information or just unexpected output?

    if so can you post the error message here?

    Hi,
    We can now access our ftp again. But we still have the problem with the unexpected output message when we try to login. We get a blank page when we try to login.
    I think the problem is that we have changed something accidentally in our function.php file of our theme (weaver II). We would like to go back to our original function.php but do not know where to find this.
    Any suggestions?

    I’m going to check your code.

    If you want the original functions.php you can download the theme again and copy/past the functions.php to your folder ( https://www.ads-software.com/themes/weaver-ii , this was the theme right?).

    I will get back to you as soon as possible.
