• WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.4.2

    I did this:

Installed latest version of WOrdpress SEO.

I expected the plugin to do this:

    Install as normal.

    Instead it did this:

    I get the following message…

The plugin generated 240 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

I deleted, deactivated all plugins – reinstalled and still same message.

    This is a fresh install.

  • Same thing is happening to me. When I activate and refresh my live website, I get this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Query::is_main_query() in /home/content/68/7937068/html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 431

Just updated the WordPress SEO plugin and I’m getting the same error as loudcow

The plugin generated 287 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

Same thing is happening to me, my site appears to be working correctly, but the post titles are showing with the site title VS the post specific title.

Saw there was an upgrade available today, so upgraded and problem is still there. I had hoped a fix would be included in the upgrade.

    WordPress SEO version: 1.4.3

Site works, but when saving new pages:
WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘mt1.meta_key’ in ‘where clause’] and a bit more…
