after updating to 4.5.1, i am seeing the following error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/admbrain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-snippets/post-snippets.php on line 81

I have to disabled the plugin in order for my site to work, but of course then my snippets do not function. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Have you been able to get this to work? I’d like to upgrade to the 4.5.x level but can’t afford to lose this plugin.

no. i ended up using another plugin and replacing all my snippets throughout the site. The support on this plugin sucks.

Can you tell me which plugin you replaced it with?

I’m kind of surprised this plugin author has not responded yet. I remember last year on a major release he was responsive and dealt with me on email too, and I was so happy about it I donated to him. Nice guy. I emailed him again and if I get word on the plugin I’ll let you know.

May be the plugin requires a new version of PHP. For example Post Snippets 2.5.3 requires PHP3+

@wood6994 Free support sucks? How many emails you sent? Good for you that you found another option. Closing this thread.
