    make sure you have connected the correct template version.

    it refers to the sheets version I tested both version 3 and version 4

    if you are using GoogleSync Free version 4+ then you must use template V4.

    I just installed the latest version and when i go to the setting, i get this error message

    which PHP version are you using? It must be greater than 7.1
