Unexpected token { in JSON at position 1

  • Looks like a great and easy-to-use plugin but I get an error when I add the shortcode to a page.

    I add i.e. [display-total-count]

    And when I click update the page doesn’t update but I get this message: “Update failed: Unexpected token { in JSON at position 1”

    Thanks for any tips or advice on how to fix this.

    the new block versions of wordpress does not allow the ‘echo’ command used in this shortcode – I haven’t updated this plugin yet, thanks for the heads up, I’ll do this shortly and come back with a working version

    Amazing! That was fast! Now it updates perfectly!

    The number is displaying.

    This feature “This plugin allows you to display topic count, reply count and total posts under the authors name and avatar in topics and replies” however doesn’t seem to work.

    I’ve added “Totale innlegg:” as the text in the “Total Posts name” and checked the box above it. But only the number is displaying without the descripiton text.

    hmmm….I cannot replicate this on my test site – is it just totals or do others not display correctly?
