unexpectederror something wrong with www.ads-software.com or servers configuration

Hello,I’m a wordpress beginner I’m facing this error “unexpectederror something wrong with www.ads-software.com or servers configuration”.I’m with a shared hosting provider configured in plesk Onyx server.with the help of support forums I had increased the php memory limits and my php configuration looks like this and for a few days it had worked fine.Then the error occurs again.My php version is 5.3.29> Is there a problem with my version. Any help would make my day better.
