Unexplainable slider issue

  • Hi
    I have been using the nexus theme on a couple of sites and have been getting on with no real issues. However as of yesterday on one of my sites i can no longer add new images to slides. The old slides still show but every new upload is just greeted with a blank white space.
    I can’t even add images to the page headers section in theme options

    Have tried de activating all plug ins but still no joy ..

    Anyone experienced a similar issue ? or have any ideas as to what could of happened ?
