Unfamiliar with Netsuite, client wants to start E-commerce…

    I posted this in developer section, but was suggested to ask here for more insight...

    Im thinking of WooCommerce. However, I was told by client that Netsuite is all inclusive, meaning i wont need access to their existing payment processing, shipping software, or whatever software they have for fulfillment. just interface WordPress with Netsuite. Is that true?

    So a customer workflow/purchasing would be: Customer checkout (shopping cart) with WooCommerce store -> WooComm-NetSuite plugin (communication/sync) -> NetSuite (process payment & shipping label)-> Customer receives product?

    I’d recommend asking the folks at Netsuite about their software
