@muneebkiani thanks for your concern, no one has pointed out it before. These files are not deleted automatically. We will add a tab in upcoming versions which will show all the orphaned files. There will be an option to clean up files automatically.

thanks, is there a filter available to access uploaded images on the product single page, I like to apply crop/resize to the image before adding it to the cart?

@muneebkiani the basic feature of this plugin is uploading files. You might need an image editor plugin.
