Unfortunate policy

At first install, the plugin looked promising. It was not behaving well or looking right upon activation. Simultaneously, I had purchased several alternative premium plugins to get the side cart I wanted. Virtually all of them had a straightforward refund policy—try it for a limited time and if you’re not happy with it, get your money back. I assumed this vendor had the same policy. They do not. They expressed their interest to help me customize or tune up their plugin on my site, but you and I both know that remote tech support can be a time-consuming process—especially when you are building, customizing, and optimizing a site and its plugins. I would advise you to look elsewhere, unless you are certain this will behave as you envision.
