    It is a nice plugin and i loved it. It’s easy to use, but:

    In europe, we get at date 2018-05-25 the data protection basic regulation.

    I have to made a checkbox, where the form writer check a box, with which he declares his consent with my data protection.
    At the Checkbox, i need text with html for email-adress and direct link to my data-protection.

    All this information I have to get as a recipient by email. Also the confirmation of the checkbox and the text.

    Unfortunately this is not possible with the lite version.

    But, it is a nice plugin. The pro version is to expensive for me, sorry ??

  • Hi Te-Punkt,

    If I’m understanding this correctly, I believe our Lite version should be able to do what you’re looking for. However, it will require modifying the content of the notification email.

    In case it helps, here’s a link to our tutorial on setting up notification emails (the only part of this that isn’t available in WPForms Lite is the section named “Adding Multiple Form Notifications”).

    To make the email include your terms, you’d need to open the form builder and go to Settings > Notifications. In the Message field, the default value is {all_fields}. This is the Smart Tag that outputs a copy of the entry (all field labels and user-selected values).

    To include your agreement/terms of service text within the email, you’d just need to enter that above or below this Smart Tag (the Message field can be used just like a WordPress page or post, so you can enter regular text or HTML here).

    Since you’re most likely requiring that all users accept your terms before they can submit the form, your Message field could look something like this:

    Thanks for getting in touch and accepting our <a href="https://example.com/termsofservice.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Terms of Service</a>. Here's a copy of your entry for your records:

    {all_fields}

    This example would allow you to link to your terms of service (just adjust that URL), though you could instead add the text directly to this Message field if you’d prefer.

    I hope this helps! ??
