    Hello Emmanuel,

First of all let me congrats you for your wonderful plugin even with a few issues which make it pain in the neck ?? ?? Frankly it’s the best free plugin around with a lot of impressive options and unfortunately couple of issues. Very impressive control panel/menu and of course very user friendly and easy to use. I installed your plugin about a month ago and the only problem that I had with was non-responsive issue (which I was looking for your updates according to your support forum replies and website announcement) but after recent 2 updates, the worst luck, it became more problematic. Now sliders stuck half way over the photo and won’t disappear until mouse over. The only thing that I think of as of writing this message is using another plugin (VERY VERY SADLY) until you fix the issues and I’ll use your amazing plugin again (VERY VERY HAPPILY). I know it’s not easy at all to fix all the issues with WordPress updates and all devices operating systems and applications as well so I will wait for your future updates impatiently and appreciate all your hard works and efforts.

Since you have text in your boxes I would recommend you pic the option to wrap inside a div and make a div that does not shrink more than a set value than it stacks liek that your text won’t get messed up if the boxes get too small. Is that clear?

Thank you Emmanuel re installation done so far and no harms done to my files ?? It wanted me to be updated right away that I accepted and updated it and now I’m working on layout option for my sliders ??

Ideally inside a div should work perfect for you and the boxes will adapt to content-column one_fourth which is the parent div, and then will simply stack once reach the limit.

The only thing is I can’t see any layout or so and besides that it says:

Make your slide boxes responsive using the new responsive pack.

    Is it me or …?

mmm… did you installed the zip file you downloaded? Seems like you still got the regular version.

Yes I did. The only thing after installing it wanted me to update it (that I accepted). Is it the update or …? Should I remove and reinstall without updating it?

YES! I see the layout options right now and I’ll try

    Inside a <div>

option 1st. Thanks again for your assistance and time Emmanuel.

Sliders in VSB control panel have the same issue that you solved it with your last update (sliders stuck over the picture half way) but on the website I don’t see any problems.

P.S. still working on responsive option for my pix. I’ll let you know what is the result.

I am truly sorry about this Anond. I did not update the Resp Pack with the fix I will update it tonight and push update via email to everyone that has it. In the mean time feel free to revert to the regular one, I am sorry for the back and forth, but dont worry this will be resolved.

That’s totally fine Emmanuel. Thanks for your hard work! and unfortunately

    Inside a <div>

option didn’t work for me. you could check if you’d like. I will try the other options.

Unfortunately none of the layout options didn’t work. The result is really scary ?? I guess you’ve got a long way to go Emmanuel. In the meantime I will be back to the fixed width option. And one more thing Emmanuel. The only problem that I have with fixed width in other devices such as tablets and Androids (not the iPhones) is instead of pictures a grey box is being seen even slider works fine. In other words, I don’t have sizing issues, I’ve got visual issue with fixed width.

OK just emailed you a fixed version. What you might need to do is midify your css abit to stop your columns at least the ones containing a Slide Box from shrinking once it reaches a width so that the text on your boxes can still be legible.
