Do you have a license for any of our plugins? If so, you can log into our site and post a topic directly to our premium support forums.
If not, we’d be happy to help you out in the forums here on www.ads-software.com as well. We hit these forums about once a week (typically on Wednesday) and can definitely help figure this out there.
The plugin includes many language files right out of the box, including Italian. that means that switching languages in WordPress should activate the plugin’s language as well. If that doesn’t seem to be working, we do keep our most updated translations here on this site where you can download the latest and install directly to the plugin. We also have this handy tutorial to help with that process as well that I’d suggest checking out.
