    Hi there,

Installed plugin a few days ago and tested on a product at https://nextdent.co.uk/5100-3D/nextdent-5100-3d-printer-bundle. I added a selection for user to add installation package (£449) and expected this selection to reflect in an increase in the printer bundle price.

The result was a calculated price of zero, regardless of any selection using the COP option. The product is priced at £10,330 but, even when I remove all content from the CPO form builder and there are no entries under CPO Options, product is still calculating a price of Zero! The only way to return to the correct price is to deactivate the plugin!

Running Salient 8.5.5 theme on WP 4.9.8 with CPO 4.4.0.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

    Dave

    Hi,

There is a kind of error related to ssl on your site, so I cannot access it.
Let me ask you what price calculation formula do you use?

Thanks for getting back to me. Not sure about SSL error – should be working fine.

Shouldn’t be any price calcs anywhere as nothing in the CPO form builder on the product page and nothing showing in the CPO Options in WP admin.

I may well have setup incorrectly but don’t see why still trying to calc price when all options removed. On the bundle product page I created a SELECT module, gave it a slug and label and added 2 Suboptions for adding installation to the product with a price of £449 for yes and £0 for no. I think that’s all I did!

I can give you admin access if there’s a private option on this forum?

    Thanks,

    Dave

Please, check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZHWG9IAD5Q&list=PL6_kC_ZaRvm7emt5z9y0ouOozqXbe8nqt and let me know which price formula do you use.

Could you clarify this “Shouldn’t be any price calcs anywhere as nothing in the CPO form builder on the product page and nothing showing in the CPO Options in WP admin.”? Maybe screenshots? Sorry, I don’t get it.

    Hi there,

Checked video beforehand but missed the bit about price calculations! I’ve now added this and all seems to be working fine. Apologies for being an idiot!

Thanks for your time and the super-fast response.

    Hi again,

The product additions appear to be working correctly on the product page at https://nextdent.co.uk/5100-3D/nextdent-5100-3d-printer-bundle/ – thanks.

However, the shop page for the printer (https://nextdent.co.uk/3d-printer-hardware-shop) shows a price of £0.00. I’m guessing I’ve missed something! Hope you can help out.

Not sure what problem is with SSL – I get similar errors on Firefox, but looks OK in Chrome. If you still can’t access, hopefully these will help…

    Hi there,

Think I’ve sorted this. Just needed to add minimal price under price settings for shop to display correct amount.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Dave
