Uninstall db items of wp review and pro versions

  • Hi,
    I earlier purchased wp review pro. but the subscription is over now.
    Now I want to delete its related tables, rows, values etc from WP db of my site.
    Currently the plugin is disabled on my site.
    Could you help how to clear all its entries from the db.
