Uninstall not complete

I uninstalled your plugin through the uninstall process that was part of the plugin, before I deactivated and uninstalled it from within the plugins list. Then I installed Gravity forms. I created one new contact form in Gravity forms and the formatting is all wrong. The field labels aren’t showing up and there are extra fields showing up that I don’t want. How do I ensure that everything is removed from this plugin so it’s not interfering with anything else?
