Using WordPress CLI to uninstall plugin, uninstall.php yielded the following
    error dump:

Success: Uninstalled 1 of 1 plugins.
    Deactivating '404page'...
    Plugin '404page' deactivated.
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function uninstall() on null in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/404page/uninstall.php on line 11
Fatal error: Call to a member function uninstall() on null in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/404page/uninstall.php on line 11

Manually removing it from the GUI wp-admin is working as expected.
