uninstall plugin when finished

    I have completed my migration from Joomla to WordPress and everything seems fine. Do I need to keep these two plugins active or can they be removed now?

    Hi Mrckeen,

    You may remove the plugins once your migration is complete.

    The only advantage in keeping the plugins active is any changes to your site’s URL will be tracked in case of future updates or rollbacks.

    The plugins also work as a search and replace tool for any strings in the database, not just URL.

    Otherwise, there is no harm in deactivating/removing the plugins.
