Uninstall ReadyGraph.com links

Is there a way to uninstall ReadyGraph.com links from bottom of box?
-
No errors :-). Don’t want to hijack the thread. But I think everyone just wants to switch the ReadyGraph part off. Looks messy having the notifications in Admin interface if we’re not using it.
Cheers
I hate ReadyGraph – it is so invasive and some of my readers have also commented they do not like it – really want to get rid of it. Trying to getting rid of it yesterday I lost some of my subscribers and while I had back-up it hadn’t backed up the public subscribers only the registered ones – many of which I don’t actually think are real subscribers.
Why won’t anyone tell us how to disable this app – I have even emailed the developers (I think that is who it is) – the email on the app which says if you have any questions email and there has been no reply – what a surprise – someone must be being paid a lot to have this app on as many websites as possible, so that must be why they won’t tell us how we can disable it!
Hi @rachel70,
You can disconnect the readygraph from readygraph app page.
THE REASON IS SIMPLE – TO MAKE MONEY THEY SELL ACCESS TO YOUR USER database – so they “pretend” you can uninstall – BUT THAT DOES NOT REMOVE THE HOOKS INTO YOUR USER INFO.
REALLY WORDPRESS SHOULD BAN THIS MODE OF OPERATION FROM ANY AND ALL OF ITS PLUGIN SUPPLIERS – THERE MUST BE AN UNINSTALL OPTION WHICH REMOVES EVERYTHING – IT IS TOTALLY IMMORAL
Please check the code for your satisfaction. As soon as you disconnect the readygraph, all the readygraph settings will be wiped from your database, thus there is no way readygraph can communication with your website. Please let me know if you need any help regarding the understanding of code.
Going back to our previous conversation when I hed trouble – from your web site I could choose to unlink 4 options. I could not unsubscribe nor uninstall. From Subsribe2 there is no option to uninstall.
So I just searched for readygraph in my directories and deleted those files.
Then When my blog opened it gave me an error which led me to the hooks in the files themselves which I then deleted. So dont keep giving your same nonsense – THERE IS NO UNINSTALL OPTION EITHER ON YOUR HOMEPAGE NOR IN WP.
JUST PUT IT IN AND BE DONE WITH IT! YOU TRIED!
I even hate ReadyGraph. Please can you explain an blog-starter how te uninstall ReadyGraph.
@de Stippel,
Best would be to keep readygraph disconnected, it wont use readygraph features on the site
Can you please just explain why you are so reticent to add an unistall option with your program – Readygraph?
This is not an unreasonable request.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO BRING THIS UP TO THE ETHICS OF WORDPRESS SO THAT AT LEAST THEY MAY NOT ENDORSE IT AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN UNINSTALL FEATURE TO GIVE USERS THE OPTION RATHER THAN HAVING TO LISTEN TO CONSTANT CRAP THAT YOU CAN JUST DISCONNECT??
How can I disconnect ReadyGraph. I never obtained for ReadyGraph, Tanaylakhani,
And Maphorn:I never asked for ReadyGrahph and most of my followers don’t like to see that ReadyGraph-window everytime whenn they loggin at De StippelThe FAQ in the wordpress plugin shows how to uninstall within Subscribe2.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/subscribe2/faq/How do I uninstall ReadyGraph?
You can deactivate the ReadyGraph features by navigating to the upper-right corner of the “ReadyGraph App” page, clicking the drop-down menu with your email address, and disconnecting your ReadyGraph account.
If you deactivate, we remove your app id, and all your settings get wiped. As far as we are concerned it is as if you never installed it. Of course, as with any plugin, for all files to be removed the other option is to completely remove the full plugin.
We do need to add this feature to https://www.readygraph.com for non WordPress users. It is high on our priority list, but as a wordpress user you can uninstall using the instructions above. Feel free to email [email protected] with your site info if you still have any challenges, and we’ll make it a top priority to help you. Also, let us know if there are examples of other plugins that you feel handle deactivation better.
So there you go – we the users cannot uninstall readygraph!
We can only deactivate and then you remove app id and our setting get wiped!
Fancy that so you got access – thanks at last for acknowledging that!I tried removing Subscribe2 – HOWEVER FUNNY ENOUGH THAT DID NOT REMOVE THE READY GRAPH folders, NOR THE HOOKS!
So you clearly are not very concerned are you!
OTHER PUGINS – I have about 20 and all of them have a deactivate and uninstall option!
And when you select to uninstall it has an option that even shows you what will be uninstalled!Instead of wasting your time here why dont you spend it making an uninstall option instead of repeating the same nonsense!
Your business ethics stink!
Dabelon. I never installed ReadyGraph. Where can I find the ReadyGraph App page?to uninstall ReadyGraph.
I’m wondering that I have to uninstall something that I didn’t install…?All plugins including ours have the deactivate/uninstall feature. If you uninstall subscribe2 EVERYTHING will be removed.
Dear Dabelon!
That is not correct – it leaves the ready graph folder and well as the hooks in the WP files!
I would strongly suggest you check your facts before posting more nonsense here.
STOP WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS CRAP AND GO AND PUT AN UNINSTALL IT READYGRAPH WHERE IT WOULD BE MORE PRODUCTIVE AND YOU WOULD GET SOME MORE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS
You should become a politician as you do nothing but repeat the same rubbish over and over again!
