Uninstall & Reinstall WooCommerce w/o Loosing Data

  • Your products are in your MySql database so they should not be affected if you deactivate WC and delete the plugin files. Nevertheless, export your data first (Tools / Export). The backup will not include WC settings, so note these down.

    What? There’s no way to backup my settings as well???

    Why would they do something like that? That’s a lot of notes to take.

    Come to think of it WC settings are in the database. I’m remembering I lost my settings when I had to rebuild my database.
