Uninstall, which check box?

Thanks for a nice plugin.
The media button has unfortunately disappeared and I have to uninstall some plugins, including NextGen. I am receiving following message, when I try to uninstall it.You must also check the confirm box before options will be uninstalled and deleted.
There is no box to check on the page.
