Uninstalled plug in, form still appearing

    I was using this plug in for a while and switched email providers. I uninstalled the plug in but the form still appears on my site. If you go to the page, the first form that pops up is the correct one. A second one appears if you scroll down- this is the one I don’t want- it says “Get free tips on leadership, marketing and team development”.

    Hi Mattelustra,

    Thanks for your message. Sorry to hear you are having some issues with this.

    I would recommend installing the plugin again and then go to the “All Optin Forms” page under “Optin Forms” of your WordPress Admin Page where you originally made the optin form.

    Then hover your mouse over your live optin and click on the red colored “Trash” text. Now you can go to the “Trash” page up above, next to “All” and “Published” and click on “Delete Permanently”.

    That should now remove the optin form from your website and stop it from appearing.
